Challenge

The ambition of customer, wholesale retailer, was to improve their data driven marketing approach. The challenge was to create a plan based on the input of different stakeholders (Online, BI, Marketing, E-commerce, CRM). How do we start and gain short term success. The scope was data driven marketing including online.

What we delivered

Based on the input of the customer we created an approach with interviews with the stakeholders, an (Maturity) assessment and several workshops. By combining the different experts (departments) we were able to identify the maturity of the organization in this area. And we were able to identify the impedimentsand opportunities. By combining these inputs we created a business roadmap which was achievable on the short term and ambitious on the long term.

The value

Based on the delivered roadmap the customer created urgency for the needed resources and was able to inform the organization of the ambition of his team. We create a number of use cases which has been executed partly.
