Our bird-eye vision
The name Starling Consultancy comes from the bird starling. An organization often acts as a swarm with its own system. The starling is a bird known for its ability to move along and therefore survive. Starlings always keep an eye on 7 other starlings while flying and always fly at the same speed as others. Starlings are “stubborn” and have a clear goal: a place to eat and a place to sleep.
Starling Consultancy translates this into a consulting firm that looks from the outside in, moves with the organization but is also innovative in that organization. Starling flies up front for a while to determine and achieve the new destination. We do it together. Along the way, Starling coach the organization to fly itself, individually and as a swarm in which each plays a clear (new) role.
