Implementation of the Data Strategy
Introduction of request
Louwman Group formulated a high level enterprise strategy ‘Mobility for life’ to increase cross sell, extend customer lifetime and secure position in current digital ecosystem and market. Car brands invested in direct Digital Customer Service, new Mobility providers came on the market. In the Care division, mobility solutions were also an important part of the service portfolio. Speedup innovation and more advanced analytics were required.
Challenge
The Mobility for Life strategy wasn’t translated into concrete business (data- & analytics-) requirements. An integrated view on customers, products & services, financials was not available. On Louwman Group level, Data Management processes were only limited implemented to comply with data legislation. On Louwman Group level, Data governance was not implemented and data policies were limited available. Because of continuous business takeovers, significant capacity of the analytics team was occupied with data integration, migration and rationalization.
